Early Access Discount Terms

These Early Access Discount Terms (the “Discount Terms”) govern the limited promotional offer described below, provided by Keyra Health LLC (“Keyra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Jersey limited liability company. By completing the early-access interest quiz or attempting to claim the discount, you agree to these Discount Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Offer

Subject to these Discount Terms, the first 100 individuals who successfully complete Keyra’s early-access interest quiz on keyrahealth.com may receive a 20% (twenty percent) discount on their first qualifying purchase only when Keyra opens product access (the “Early Access Discount”).

Completing the quiz does not require a purchase today and does not create any obligation to buy later.

2. Eligibility

• You must fully complete and submit the early-access interest quiz (not merely start it).
• Only the first 100 valid, completed submissions count toward the offer, as tracked by Keyra’s systems.
• One Early Access Discount per person and per email address. Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated submissions may be disqualified.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and otherwise eligible to use the Site under our Terms of Use.
• Keyra’s determination of order of completion and remaining spots is final.

3. What the Discount Applies To

• The discount applies only to your first paid order placed through Keyra (or Keyra’s designated checkout) after access opens.
• It does not apply to subsequent orders, subscriptions, memberships, shipping (unless we expressly say otherwise at checkout), taxes, or third-party fees.
• The discount may not be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts unless Keyra expressly states otherwise in writing.
• No cash value. Not transferable or redeemable for cash.

4. Important Limitations (Please Read)

• No guarantee of product access or prescription. Completing the quiz and receiving an Early Access Discount does not guarantee that any product will be available, medically appropriate, or prescribed for you. Clinical decisions belong solely to independent licensed clinicians. Keyra does not prescribe, diagnose, or dispense medication.
• Availability and formulary. Specific peptides or therapies may not be available in your state or at the time you request access. The discount cannot be applied to products that are not offered or not approved for you.
• How the discount is applied. When checkout opens, Keyra will provide instructions (for example, a code or automatic adjustment tied to your email). You are responsible for applying or claiming the discount as directed before completing payment.
• Timing. The discount must be used on your first qualifying purchase when access is available to you. Keyra may set a reasonable expiration window after access opens; any such window will be communicated by email or on the Site.

5. Tracking of “First 100”

Keyra tracks remaining early-access spots using its internal systems (including form submissions recorded in connection with the quiz). The counter displayed on the Site is provided for convenience and may lag or differ slightly from the official count due to processing delays, disqualified entries, or technical issues. The official count maintained by Keyra controls.

6. Changes, Suspension, or Termination

Keyra may modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time, including if spots are exhausted, if fraud is detected, or for operational or legal reasons. If the promotion ends before you complete a first purchase, Keyra will honor valid Early Access Discount eligibility already earned, subject to these Discount Terms and applicable law, unless doing so is impractical or prohibited.

7. Void Where Prohibited

This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. If any part of these Discount Terms is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect.

8. Relationship to Other Terms

These Discount Terms supplement our Terms of Use and Disclaimer. In the event of a direct conflict about this promotion only, these Discount Terms control. Nothing in this offer creates a patient relationship, a guarantee of clinical approval, or any obligation for Keyra to sell or supply any product.
