Keyra Health LLC does not:

• Employ or control the clinicians who may review requests
• Make clinical decisions or treatment recommendations
• Prescribe any medication or compound any product
• Operate a pharmacy or fulfill orders
• Provide medical advice of any kind

All clinical judgment, prescribing decisions, and pharmacy fulfillment are the sole responsibility of the independent licensed professionals and pharmacies involved. Licensed clinicians in any partner network retain sole authority to determine whether a prescription is appropriate.

2. Interest Form, Quiz, and Early-Access List

Submitting an interest form, completing a quiz, or joining the early-access list does not:

• Create a doctor-patient or clinician-patient relationship with Keyra Health LLC or any of its affiliates
• Guarantee that you will be eligible for or offered any product or service
• Constitute a request for medical treatment or a prescription
• Obligate Keyra or any partner to provide services

Any future clinical evaluation occurs only with independent licensed clinicians. Those clinicians alone decide whether treatment is appropriate. Completing an assessment on this Site does not establish a treatment relationship with Keyra.

3. Compounded Medications

Some products that may eventually be available through partner pharmacies are compounded medications. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients and are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not evaluate compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality in the same way it evaluates FDA-approved drugs.
